Regan Smith is responsible for overall company leadership, strategy, financial stewardship, talent management and serves as an Account Manager for several clients. He founded the company in 1990 and has actively served in this position for 26 years.
Vice President of Media & Design
Curt Swayne manages the design and development team, provides creative direction and implements new technologies and innovations in learning. He also ensures that all projects have the right teams in place to meet the objectives. Now in his 21st year, Curt began his career with MLink in 1995 as a graphic designer.
